Please be aware that an item(s) bought during any 30% OFF or more sales, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. All sales are final.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- A return will be accepted only if you request the return within 10 days after the item(s) is received. If 10 days have passed, your return or exchange item(s) may not be eligible.
- Items must be in the original condition: unwashed and unworn. Even if we accept the return/exchange, if the item(s) is not in its original condition, we will send the item(s) back to you, and your request will be denied.
- If you received an item(s), and the size is too big/small, or if the item(s) is not what you wanted, you may exchange it for another item(s) of equal or lesser value.
- If you received any damaged or misplaced item(s).

- Final sale items (Sales 30% OFF or more)
- Orders paid via Afterpay or Sezzle
- Customized, “Create Your Own,” items with high customization requests
- Free gifts or promotional items
- DOUBLE promo orders
- Clearance items
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- There are no charges for return(s)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for ANY order
- You are responsible for returning shipping charges, unless we sent incorrect items; in this case, we will provide a return label for you to return the item(s).
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Follow this link to our return portal: dtinasboutique.myreturnscenter.com
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields, and click “Start a Return.”
- Follow the screen instructions, and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

HOW SOON WILL MY RETURN/EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
- In cases of approval, and a refund is merited, a credit will be automatically applied in the form of the original method of payment, within 5 business days.
- In cases of approval, and an exchange is merited, once we receive your package, we will initiate the new order request (other item(s); size; print, etc.). When we send the exchanged item(s), we will send you a new shipping confirmation email. The exchange process may take 7-12 business days from the day we receive the item(s).
